Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or statutory holidays.
If order volume is unusually high, processing may take longer. If your order faces a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.
💵 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 (before tax) within Canada.
We may cancel an order if freight costs exceed a reasonable amount based on the destination and package size.
Delivery times vary by location, weather, and carrier conditions.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to activate.
📬 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if the carrier cannot deliver it for reasons unrelated to the shipping address provided, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.
