Please be advised that the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has commenced a national strike, effectively immediately. As a result, Canada Post operations are now shut down, and no mail or parcels will be processed or delivered for the duration of the strike.
To ensure your orders continue to ship without delay, we have completely suspended all services via Canada Post.
All orders will be shipped exclusively through our alternative, reliable courier partners: Purolator, UPS and Loomis
CRITICAL SHIPPING REQUIREMENT:
Physical Street Addresses Only: Due to the nature of our courier services, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses while the Canada Post strike is ongoing. You must provide a physical street address for all orders to ensure successful delivery and avoid order cancellations or significant delays.
We are working closely with Purolator, UPS and Loomis to manage the increased volume and will process your orders as quickly as possible. Please be prepared for potential, minor delays as these alternative networks adjust.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this labour disruption. We will provide an update once normal Canada Post service resumes.
